This was a salmon puppet I made for a rally focused on bringing awareness for the effects of a proposed highway construction in Goldstream Park on the salmon habitat. I built it using giant puppet building techniques I learned from Tim Gosley, incorporating recycled materials like pool noodles, foam, sticks and fabric, as well as irrigation piping. It was designed to come apart into 3 pieces to fit in a car.
